S. Palaniandi Mudaliar Charitable Trust was established in 1975 under the guidance of Sri S.P. Sambandam. Initially, in 1976, it commenced as a modest outpatient clinic. Over the years, it expanded into SPMM Hospital by 1997, now boasting 100 beds and providing a comprehensive array of specialty services to the community.
